Please contact us straight away if your purchase is faulty upon arrival. Faulty goods can be replaced, refunded or returned for store credit.
Conditions of return
Items can only be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. Damaged, worn, or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is at the cost of the customer. Once we have received notification of an item to be returned, we allow up to 10 working days to receive the goods, after which the return agreement will expire.
We recommend that you add tracking to your returned order. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit.
